<p>step 1:</p>
<p>Go to the control panel and open User Accounts.</p>

<p>Click on the <span style="font-weight: bold;">&#8220;Turn User Access Control on or off&#8221;</span> (highlighted in red on the above image)</p>

<p>After step 2, you will get the following window on your screen.</p>

uncheck the check box saying <span style="font-weight: bold;">&#8220;Use </span><span style="font-weight: bold;">User Access Control </span><span style="font-weight: bold;">(UAC) to help protect your computer&#8221;</span> and press &#8220;OK&#8221;.</p>
<p>Step 4:</p>
<p>After step 3 the system will ask you to reboot your computer.</p>
